1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PhotonCore's lead generation and digital marketing services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
PhotonCore provides lead generation and digital marketing services designed to help businesses identify, target, and acquire potential customers through various advertising channels including social media platforms, search engines, and display networks.
3. Qualification Process
All potential clients must undergo a qualification review process. PhotonCore reserves the right to accept or decline service applications based on business compatibility, budget requirements, and strategic alignment. Acceptance is not guaranteed and is at PhotonCore's sole discretion.
4. Service Levels and Pricing
PhotonCore offers three service tiers:
- Starter ($40/month): Social media advertising channel with up to 50 qualified leads
- Professional ($50/month): Search engine advertising channel with up to 150 qualified leads
- Enterprise ($60/month): Multi-channel advertising network with up to 300 qualified leads
Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice. Lead quantities are estimates and may vary based on market conditions and campaign performance.
5. Lead Quality and Verification
PhotonCore employs advanced verification systems to ensure lead quality. However, we cannot guarantee the conversion rate or sales success of provided leads. Lead quality is measured by our proprietary scoring system based on intent signals, demographic matching, and behavioral analysis.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information and target audience specifications
- Timely follow-up on provided leads
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their industry
- Maintaining professional standards when contacting leads
- Providing feedback on lead quality for campaign optimization
7. Data Protection and Privacy
PhotonCore is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected during our service delivery. We comply with applicable data protection regulations and maintain strict confidentiality standards. For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All proprietary technologies, algorithms, methodologies, and systems used by PhotonCore remain the exclusive intellectual property of PhotonCore. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to replicate our systems or processes.
9. Service Availability
While PhotonCore strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service delivery. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance activities.
10. Limitation of Liability
PhotonCore's liability is limited to the monthly service fee paid by the client. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of business opportunities.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. PhotonCore reserves the right to immediately terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or violation of our acceptable use policies. Upon termination, all obligations cease except for payment of outstanding fees.
12. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within the first 30 days of service initiation. Refund requests must be submitted in writing with detailed justification. PhotonCore reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on service delivery and client compliance with terms.
13. Modifications to Terms
PhotonCore reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email at least 30 days prior to implementation. Continued use of services after modification constitutes acceptance of new terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pleasanton, Texas, or through the courts of Atascosa County, Texas.

16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between PhotonCore and the client, superseding all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
